This covers Tuesday, 01 November, through Saturday, 05 November, 2016.
The following portion was written with my iPad and posted with what little access I had at the time.
The blog is a tough thing to get to right now. I am unable to access it through my PC. Logging in to Blogger with the PC is impossible. I can log in with my iPad, but its capabilities are limited (read no photos).
I had this happen a couple of weeks ago, and was able to resolve the login problem. Not so much right now.
So, what's been going on with the project? Well, the ramps are just about ready for concrete, as is the pool deck itself. The beams have been stripped, Ospho'd, primed, and painted, so they should be good to go. The big ditch in the patio has been cast, tinted, and stamped. It' looks good. The plastic square tubing they're planning to use for a long floor drain on the pool deck has been routed and is just about ready to be installed when the floor is cast.
A crocodile, about three or four feet long was caught right when one of the guys was bringing in a good sized fish on his line. The croc snapped it up as the fish was being pulled in. After photos, he was released back to the canal.
Yesterday evening, another of the guys managed to catch one of those small painted turtles, just like you used to see many years ago in the five and dime stores. You know, you had to get a small plastic pond for them that came with a small island with an accessibility ramp and a plastic palm tree. We let him go back into the canal as well.
Before I lose all this, I better post it. I'll keep working on the PC to see if I can get it to work correctly.
Cheers,
