Location of property is about 2 miles from downtown Corozal and is on the bus line. It’s in a quiet south-end neighborhood.
Rent is $600USD monthly, plus electricity and butane. There is an initial damage deposit of $150USD. Six-month (minimum) lease required.
House is on its own electric meter.
