If you click the word "comments", you will be taken to the comment posting page. The comment posting page looks something like this:
On the right hand side of the page is the space for you to enter your comment. Beneath that are the identity options.
Blogger username
: Your display name will appear, along with a link to your profile and your photo (if you have one).Other
: You can enter your name and a link to your website, without having to have a Blogger account.Anonymous
: No identifying information is displayed. The comment is credited to "Anonymous" without a link.
If you post a comment anonymously, and we don't already know your email address, there is no way for us to answer any questions you might have asked. Unless the question seems pertinent to the overall blog, chances are we won't post an answer in the blog. So, we recommend you register. If nothing else, it gives you a "throw-away" email address. That is, one you can use when you go to a Website and they want your email address but you're not sure you want to give them the email address you actually use. That's when you use your throw-away.
Thanks to the Blogger Help Files for most of this information. I shamelessly ripped it from there.

Post a Comment
We want to get your thoughts about our posts, and what you would like to see here.
Unfortunately, adding an image to your comment can't be done directly. The only way you can do it is to include the URL of the image from a hosing server, which means that first, you must upload your image to Flickr, Dropbox, or some other image hosting server.
Not very good, but that's all that is available right now.
To post a YouTube video, simply enter the video URL in the comment box. It will appear in the comment box ready to play.
Note: Only a member of this blog may post a comment.
