Caught in the Act
Our trusty news reporter has captured on film (alright on digital) the act of dispensing the product known as "can gas". A somewhat dubious undertaking undertaken by nefarious desperadoes seeking to pervert the wheels of justice or progress or good government or something. As you can see the photo has been "altered" to protect the innocent, or the guilty, whichever way you lean.
