RIP Sir Barry
Sir Barry Bowen
was killed in a plane crash, as he was approaching
San Pedro Airstrip, on Ambergris Caye,
February 26, 2010.
He was head of Bowen & Bowen and
Belize Brewing Company, Brewers of Belikin Beer, among other products.

Unfortunately, adding an image to your comment can't be done directly. The only way you can do it is to include the URL of the image from a hosing server, which means that first, you must upload your image to Flickr, Dropbox, or some other image hosting server.

Damn... that's hard to hear. I met him at BC's in San Pedro the very first time I came to Belize. He was a powerful friend of Belize and it is very sad to hear of his death...
ReplyDeleteI never got to meet him. Most everything I've read seems like he was a decent and caring individual. I think his death is a truly huge loss for Belize.
