Not A Good Sign
Alas, poor iPod! I knew him, Horatio, a fellow of infinite verse and song, of most excellent tone and content. I hath bore him on my back a thousand times or more, and now how abhorr'd in my imagination it is! My gorge rises at it.
His life and tunes, it now appears, is exeunt. Forsooth, a new accumulator is necessitated anon. - With apologies to Wm Shakespeare

Unfortunately, adding an image to your comment can't be done directly. The only way you can do it is to include the URL of the image from a hosing server, which means that first, you must upload your image to Flickr, Dropbox, or some other image hosting server.
Not very good, but that's all that is available right now.

Probably all that talk about being replaced, by a new device.
ReplyDeleteHi Vivien,
ReplyDeleteYeh, I think you may be right. It was working fine the day before yesterday, then kerflooy.
Cheers,
Dave
That is one real big problem living in paradise if paradise involves salt at all.
ReplyDeleteOh well, I look at my computers up here in the same light -- if I can get 4 years or so out of them then I figure I'm doing pretty good.
The king is dead, hale the new (soon to be)king!!

Hi Julian,
ReplyDeleteI think I got about six or seven out of this thing, so we were living on borrowed time anyway most likely. The good thing is - replacement batteries are cheap and the replacement process is easy enough. All I have to do is trust the mail services for delivery. Sometimes it works well, sometimes, it's arrghh!
Cheers,
Dave

You'll just have to sing !?!
ReplyDeleteHi Pam,
ReplyDeleteNow, you know how often that happens... Unless the whole gang was backing me, not a chance.
And, even then, slim to none. Maybe I'll just hum.
Cheers,
Dave
You guys doing ok? Miss your post. Little worried about y'all.
ReplyDeleteHi HBW,
ReplyDeleteAh, y'know, it's all this damned rain. Almost two straight weeks of the stuff.
Thanks for the concern. Cabin fever is beginning to set in.
I'll get something posted soon. Got some bits and pieces of interest to share. I'd love a day or two of sunshine.
Cheers,
Dave
